August 5th Animation Army Event at Q's Bar and Billiards (Santa Monica)

Come join us on Sunday, August 5, 2007, at Q's Billiard Club (upstairs), 11835 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90025.

Time: 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

THIS MONTH our presenter is Wendy Taylor from ProfessionalAnimations.com, a site created for you, the independent animation artist, so you can showcase your animated GIFs and Flash movies worldwide, earn income, and make a name for yourself through your creative work. ProfessionalAnimations specialize only in animations. Come hear about this exciting new company and find out how to get your animations sold!

Last month's presenter: Akiko Ashley. Akiko is the producer/creator/writer of Luminetik Animation Studio's new short film "Kuriocity".

We had large turnouts for the last few screenings at the Big Foot Lodge in Los Feliz, and we're expecting another big crowd this month at Q's in West L.A.!

You can also contribute to our newsletter "The Intelligence Report". Send us articles, your cartoon strips and news of other events going on in animation. Or send us some of your completed animation for our compilation DVD.

Already have connections? then come meet some cool new people, see what is going on and what is coming up. Come join the Animation Army. The first Sunday of every month, meet animators, voice over actors, producers over drinks in a friendly environment. Anyone involved in animation is welcome to join the ranks. Bring your sketches, ideas, scripts, finished products whatever you have and show them to people in your industry…and the best part is, IT"S TOTALLY FREE.

Morph and Warping in combustion3

Has anyone used the ReVision effects built in RE:Flex Morphing and Warping Software
within combustion3?

Remember Elastic Reality?
I used to morph in 1995 with that.
That got bought by good old evil Avid and then killed...
